Glasgow, July 2013.

Spent this weekend in Glasgow to visit the Comic Con there. Bit of a training visit to see how it was run for when I’m managing the Comic Clock Tower at The Lakes International Comic Arts Festival. To be honest, it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. Also, I thought it wasn’t that well managed. There didn’t really seem to be any staff actually working on the floor, and no one seemed to be managing queues. It was even difficult to work out what they were queuing for most of the time.
